DATA CENTER

A data center is a dedicated facility for the centralized storage, management, and processing of massive amounts of data.

Data center fans are mainly divided into two categories: one is small DC axial/centrifugal fans inside servers and racks, mostly 40-140mm in size, supporting PWM speed control and hot-swappable, suitable for high-density heat dissipation of IT equipment; the other is large EC axial or centrifugal fans in cooling systems such as precision air conditioners, air walls, and cooling towers in computer rooms, mostly with a diameter of 200mm or more, featuring high efficiency and energy saving, large air volume and high static pressure, intelligent speed control, reliable operation and low noise, and are key equipment to ensure stable heat dissipation and reduce power consumption performance (PUE) in data centers.

OVEN CIRCULATION

Household ovens are designed for daily home baking and roasting, with a 20–60L capacity, low power use, and compatibility with household power. Mostly open-top hot air circulation models, they use small 80–150mm high-temperature resistant centrifugal or axial fans, paired with quiet AC or DC brushless motors. Featuring basic temperature and speed control, they resist around 150℃ and meet short-term, small-batch household hot air circulation needs.
 
Commercial ovens are for bakeries, restaurants and mass production. Larger in capacity and higher in power, some require industrial electricity, with precise temperature control, multi-layer baking and long continuous operation. They use 150–300mm industrial high-temperature centrifugal fans and highly insulated, heat-resistant motors above 200℃, delivering high speed, large air volume and static pressure. Some support forward/reverse rotation and precise multi-speed adjustment for high-efficiency hot air circulation, ensuring even multi-layer baking and meeting high-intensity, stable commercial demands.

COOLING TOWER

Cooling towers are specialized heat dissipation equipment widely used in HVAC systems, power plants, industrial production and other scenarios. They lower water temperature through efficient heat and mass exchange between water and air, enabling water recycling. They feature stable operation, high cooling efficiency and strong adaptability to different working conditions, effectively reducing energy consumption and resource waste in industrial and civil cooling systems.
 
Cooling towers are typically equipped with large, high-durability axial fans, ranging from 600mm to 4500mm in diameter. These fans use low-speed, high-torque motors with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, delivering large air volume and low noise. Designed for long-term continuous operation, they provide strong airflow to enhance heat exchange efficiency, ensuring reliable and energy-saving performance of the cooling system.
